Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Radiologist Concierge will use your friendly customer service skills in assisting our patients. You will be part of our team of employees that are compassionate, kind and deliver high quality, patient centered care. We are looking for someone to join our team that works hard to support each other where the patients are the center of all we do.

In this role:

• You will greet customers in a friendly, helpful and caring manner, both in person and on the phone

• 
  You will assist patients and staff through the imaging experience.
  

• You will perform routine administrative duties.
  

• You will provide patient navigation for specific referring physician offices, to include scheduling, delivery of CD’s and reports, tracking of patient referrals, promotion of Imaging services, office visits, and related responsibilities.

• 
  You will serve to promote Imaging growth initiatives.

What qualifications you will need:

• Experience with customer service, computer skills, excellent teaching skills, and consulting skills is required.
  

• Must be have excellent organizational skills and proactively prioritize needs and effectively manage resources.
  

• Must have excellent communication skills, both orally and written.
  

• Excellent impersonal skills working well with other employees, patients and external parties.
  

• Excellent teamwork and problem solving skills is required.
