Dental Hygienist (Part-time or Full-time)

Our dentist works collaboratively with hygienists to co-diagnose, listen to patient concerns, and provide a comfortable visit that exceeds patient expectations of a dental appointment. Required Qualifications:

· Current dental hygiene license in the state of Minnesota

· Two years of practice experience is preferred but not required.

· Current CPR training and certificate

· Strong communication and patient relation skills

· High degree of skill with both hand instrumentation and Cavitron

· Competent in administering local anesthesia and root planning

· Demonstrate complete knowledge and usage of dental terminology, dental instruments, tray setups and instrument sharpening.

· Effectively communicate oral hygiene instructions and dispense proper oral hygiene aids.

· Thorough Recordkeeping - including graphical charting, perio charting and proper chart documentation.

· Experience with digital radiographs and electronic patient record

Practice Hours: Monday 7:00am - 5:00pm; Tuesday 7:00am - 7:00pm, Wednesday 7:00am - 7:00pm, Thursday 7:00am - 5:00pm; Friday 7:00am - 2:00pm
