What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outpatient Therapist position at Lakeview Counseling & Consulting?
We're are so excited to announce we are growing our clinical team at Lakeview Counseling Services! We are looking for a licensed therapist who specializes in or has a passion for working with adult women. Clinicians with postpartum or perinatal mental health experience are especially encouraged to apply.
This is a part-time or full-time opportunity for a clinician who wants to do meaningful, focused work in women's mental health without sacrificing professional autonomy. You'll be part of a collaborative, supportive team that trusts you to practice at your level.
What we are looking for:
→ Active Illinois licensure (LCPC or LCSW preferred; LSW and LPC also considered)
→ Availability during evening and/or weekend hours
→ Commitment to a minimum of 15 direct client hours per week
→ Experience or strong interest in women's mental health — anxiety, trauma, life transitions, postpartum, and beyond
