Part-Time Bartender/Server
Lakeview Bar & Grill is under new ownership and looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Bartender/Server to join our growing team! If you enjoy providing great customer service in a fun, fast-paced atmosphere, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Deliver food and drinks promptly
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized bar, dining area, and workstations
- Restock beer, liquor, mixers, and supplies as needed
- Follow all Minnesota alcohol service laws and food safety guidelines
- Work as a team to create a welcoming experience for every guest
Qualifications
- Previous bartending or serving experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person
- Must be at least 18 years old (21 preferred)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 pounds throughout a shift
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
