Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Service Technician located in the Chicagoland area. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing appliances, performing routine maintenance, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with the service team, managing service tickets, and maintaining accurate records of service activities.
Qualifications
- Experience in diagnosing and repairing appliances
- Routine maintenance and troubleshooting skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in maintaining service records and managing service tickets
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
