What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Lakeview Apartments?
Apartment complex with 96 units is looking for 2 full time maintenance technicians. The job duties would include but not be limited to:
- HVAC repair
- Unit turns
- Plumbing repair
- Sheetrock repair
- Grounds clean up
- Normal interior repairs
The person suited for this job should be knowledgeable, professional, willing to learn and excel at the tasks given on a day to day basis. We are looking for a hard worker that is dedicated to their job and the well being of the tenants. Can be HVAC certified and must have a valid Drivers license.
Minimum of one year experience required.
