Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall financial strategy and support business growth
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting
- Build clear, simple financial reports
- Analyze profitability by product, customer, and operation
- Oversee accounting and ensure accurate, timely financial records
- Develop and maintain cost accounting for production and inventory
- Support pricing decisions and margin improvement
- Evaluate capital investments and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with cannabis financial regulations, including state reporting requirements
- Oversee financial alignment with METRC tracking and inventory controls
- Manage cash-intensive operations and implement strong internal controls
