Job Responsibilities
- Greeting customers warmly and direct them to the appropriate service team member.
- Help prepare and organize repair orders and service tickets for the ASM.
- Update customer on vehicle status, parts needs, or additional service recommendations.
- Check out customers for final bill. Accepting credit card information or cash.
- Assist in scheduling appointments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service reception area.
- A friendly, professional demeanor and a genuine desire to help people.
- Strong organizational skills and the abillity to juggle multiple tasks withoug losing focus.
- Comfort with basic computer systems and dealership management software (training provided).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive mindset.
- Previous customer serivce or administrative experience (automotive industry experiance a plus but not required).
- High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma; or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience).
