- Must be able to lead, guide and at times train a staff of approximately 10 employees.
- Enforce Company rules and policies.
- Proven supervisor experience in a metal fabrication job shop.
- Ability to read and understand job prints and drawings.
- Experience with heavy plate weldments and supports. Job shop setting
- AWS certification and weld quality experience helpful. D1.1
- Solid communication skills to ensure that the correct priority and staffing is in place for on time delivery, while meeting quality requirements.
- Direct the shop staff to ensure the correct component parts are being fabricated to schedule.
- Fast pace environment.
- Overtime coverage.
- Verify time cards and employee performance.
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
