What are the responsibilities and job description for the Literacy Teacher position at Lakeside School District Hot Springs?
Classroom teacher and other duties as assigned. Experience working with students in special education is preferred.
Applicants must hold an Arkansas certification in General Education and/or Special Education. Applicants who hold an out-of-state teaching certificate must provide documentation showing they have started reciprocity procedures as required by the Arkansas Department of Education. Grade level to be determined based on student needs.
Salary ranges from $52,020 to $74,777 based on experience for a 190-day contract based on the 2025-2026 salary schedule (days to be prorated based on hire date). A complete certified teacher's pay scale is available on our school website.
