We are currently seeking an individual proficient in/interested/ willing to learn- hair extension application, pedicures, manicures, hair services (including men's haircuts), and more.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including hair styling, coloring, extensions, and barbering with precision and care
- Provide expert nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, and nail art to enhance client confidence
- Apply knowledge of color theory to create customized hair color solutions that complement each client’s features
- Educate clients on product recommendations, and retail options to enhance their beauty regimen
- Maintain strict sanitation standards by cleaning tools and workstations regularly to ensure a safe environment for all clients
- Upsell retail products and additional services confidently to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue
Skills
- Strong understanding of color theory, hair coloring techniques, and current beauty trends
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships
- Proficiency in sanitation practices to uphold health standards within the salon environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology including hair styling, cutting, barbering, and hair extensions
- Skilled in nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, and nail art applications
- Ability to perform retail sales through upselling techniques while maintaining a friendly approach
- Strong communication skills to explain procedures clearly and listen attentively to client needs
