What are the responsibilities and job description for the RV Service Technician position at Lakeside RV Sales, LLC?
This is a full time job with over time. Average hours can be 40 to 47 hours a week. Must have a basic knowledge of all tools, 12 volt and 110 volt power, general plumbing, carpentry skills, etc. We will train the right person. Our hours are Monday thru Friday 9-6 and Saturdays 9-3. Saturdays as needed once trained. Must pass drug and backgrounds checks. Need dependable person with outgoing personality to interact with our customer base. Job duties include but not limited to: washing and cleaning campers including appliances and bathrooms, checking out RV systems to insure all systems are working correctly, working with our customers to demo the camper, lot work, etc. Need to get along with co workers and others.

Qualifications:
- Prior RV Technician experience preferred but not necessary
- Prior experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, welding, or similar required
- Must have own tools
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Operator Driver License
Responsibilities:
- Inspection of RVs as they are received
- Troubleshoot and repair of RV’s for customers, dealer stock, and warranty-no engine or frame work.
- Check out electrical, plumbing, etc. required for Pre-Delivery Inspections before delivery to customers
- Able to learn quickly about travel trailers, 5th wheels and pop-up campers.
- Carpentry work as needed: install/replace doors, flooring, cabinets, etc.
- Work Saturdays as needed
- Utilize computer system to clock in/out of jobs and record cause/correction notes for repair order
- Keep a clean and safe working area
- Follow procedures with attention to detail
- Prioritize and meet deadlines
- Communicate with customers in a professional manner

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
