Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist, located in Benton Harbor, MI, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Specialist will engage in day-to-day responsibilities, including building and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing sales activities to drive revenue growth, facilitating customer inquiries, and staying informed on industry trends. You will also conduct client outreach, provide consultations, deliver product information, and help customers select tailored roofing solutions. In addition, you may participate in training new team members and support sales processes to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and ensure their satisfaction
• Demonstrated Sales and Sales Management experience to manage and grow customer accounts and lead sales efforts
• Capability in Training new team members and supporting the professional development of peers
• Ability to conduct client consultations and recommend roofing solutions that meet specific needs
• Proven problem-solving skills and a results-driven attitude
• Proficiency in using CRM software or other tools to manage sales pipelines
• Familiarity with the roofing industry or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
