Responsibilities
- Collaborate and support plant management to learn leadership as well as insight into the development and strategy of the facility.
- Learn all facets of the business including operations, manufacturing, production, engineering, customer service, sales and marketing, and finance
- Build and maintain knowledge of all products and processes within the facility
- Support the management team on a daily basis
Qualifications
- Completion of either a Bachelor’s or Associate’s preferred
- Possess a desire and motivation to learn and grow with a manufacturing company
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and work cross-functionally with multiple departments within the plant
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
