LAKESIDE PERFORMANCE & RECOVERY
Chelan, WA | lakesideperformancerecovery.com
Part-Time Clinical Assistant
Part-Time | Chelan, WA | In-Person
ABOUT US
Lakeside Performance & Recovery is the only adhesion release clinic in the Pacific Northwest. We are a results-driven clinic specializing in adhesion release and nerve-based chiropractic care. Our patients are athletes and active individuals who want to move better, feel better, and perform at their highest level. We hold ourselves to the same high standard we ask of our patients — and we take pride in delivering a clinical experience unlike anything else in the region.
ROLE OVERVIEW
This is a hands-on clinical assistant role — not a front desk position. You will work directly alongside our provider from start to finish on every patient visit. Your primary job is to deliver an exceptional patient experience, gather meaningful clinical information, and assist actively in treatment so our provider can focus on doing what they do best. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment and wants to learn the ins and outs of elite-level manual care, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Patient Welcome & Intake
- Greet patients with genuine energy and enthusiasm the moment they arrive
- Escort patients to treatment rooms and help them feel comfortable and at ease
- Check in on how the patient is feeling, any changes since their last visit, and current pain or movement complaints
- Take and record patient measurements and relevant clinical data prior to the visit
Provider Briefing
- Synthesize patient status and present a clear, concise brief to the provider before they enter the room
- Flag any notable changes, concerns, or updates from the patient conversation
Hands-On Treatment Assistance
- Assist the provider during treatment by manually guiding patient movement
- Perform range of motion testing
- Facilitate re-testing after treatment to help assess and demonstrate patient progress
- Set up, operate, and prepare the laser for use during treatment sessions
- Actively support the provider throughout the visit to maximize efficiency and patient outcomes
Chart Notes & Documentation
- Assist with chart note documentation during and after patient visits
- Accurately record patient data, measurements, and visit notes in the system
- Help keep charts organized and up to date so nothing falls through the cracks
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Hands-on experience in a clinical, massage therapy, chiropractic, physical therapy, athletic training, or sports medicine setting is a strong plus
- Genuine interest in manual therapy, movement, and musculoskeletal health
- High energy, positive attitude, and a natural ability to connect with patients
- Detail-oriented with strong instincts for observation and communication
- Able to stay organized and move efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Comfortable being on your feet and physically engaged throughout your shift
- Coachable — you’re eager to learn and committed to doing things the right way
- Experience with ChiroTouch or similar practice management software is a bonus
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
This is a part-time, in-person position based in Chelan, WA. Scheduling is flexible and will be discussed during the interview process. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
