Job Description: Pediatrician to start in 2027
BC/BE pediatrician needed in a growing general pediatric, independent/physician owned group in Lakeland, Florida, midway between Tampa and Orlando along the I-4 corridor. Collegial environment with a 4-1/2 day work week, 1:7 call. We have two offices about 10 miles apart and there are no hospital duties.
Our practice philosophy embraces high quality, evidence driven, and patient centered health care. The compensation package would include a competitive base salary commensurate with experience, includes bonus opportunities, 4 weeks paid leave, malpractice insurance, full family health insurance, employer matching 401k, relocation stipend, CME stipend, and all the usual dues and licensing fees. The community offers an extraordinary number of recreational and cultural opportunities, four colleges/universities, and is perfectly located within a 1 hour drive of both Tampa and Orlando and we are within a 2 hour drive of beaches on either coast.
