Lakeside Oral Surgery & Implant Solutions is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and dependable Part-Time Surgical Assistant to join our fast-paced oral and maxillofacial surgery practice.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of medical or dental assisting experience required.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the oral surgeon during surgical procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms and surgical instruments.
- Monitor and care for patients before, during, and after procedures.
- Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and infection control standards.
- Take digital radiographs and assist with patient education as needed.
- Support the clinical team to ensure exceptional patient care.
