Lakeside-Milam Recovery Centers the Northwest's leader in substance use disorder treatment is looking for an Contact Center Specialist in our Renton location. Full Time - Evening and Weekend Shifts.
The Contact Center Specialist is the first contact for all parties seeking treatment. Positively engage with callers and screen appropriateness for services, Verify that insurance policies are active, assures eligibility, and makes financial arrangements with patients or family. Ability to work with alcoholics/addicts and their families under conditions of crisis or stress, handle pressure and have a professional attitude in all dealings with patients, their families, and other staff. An understanding of substance use disorder a must. Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP/T) license preferred.
