This full-time position involves installation of new construction and existing systems on a range of HVAC systems in commercial and light industrial settings.

The HVAC Lead Installation Technician is a senior role that involves installing Commercial HVAC systems while also working with a small team. Key responsibilities include performing installations to company standards, completing paperwork, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires strong technical skills. Core responsibilities
- Installation: Install and upgrade HVAC systems, equipment, and accessories according to company standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Supervision and training: Lead and train junior installers on job tasks on the job site.
- Quality assurance: Perform final checks, including system start-ups, and ensure the installation is completed to high standards.
- Technical duties: Commercial HVAC experience in installation and maintenance.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Experience: Three years of Commercial HVAC experience required.
- VALID Driver's License required
- Punctual, hard-worker and ability to work independently
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $30–$45 per hour, depending on experience and certifications
