Field Operations Manager (Part-Time)

Lakeside Luxury Commercial Cleaning is hiring a part-time Field Operations Manager in the Twin Cities.

Overview

• Part-time role, 20 hours/week. 70% of the role has flexible scheduling
• $25-$30/hour
• Day and evening shifts; schedule varies week to week
• Field-based, traveling between client facilities in the Twin Cities area
• Reports to the owner
• Black-and-white role with clear success metrics, so you'll always know what's expected and how your work is measured

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled quality inspections at client facilities
• Document inspection findings with photos and notes
• Communicate quality control issues to cleaning teams and office manager
• Make sure cleaning products, solutions, and supplies on site meet Lakeside standards
• Have brief, professional contact with clients while on site
• Set up new client accounts and operations walks at client facilities

Role Support

• Every part of this role has a checklist and system behind it, so you'll always know what to do and what "done" looks like
• We want you to succeed: 4-8 weeks of hands-on training and ride-alongs with the owner before working independently
• Inspections follow a standard checklist for each client site, so nothing gets missed
• Clear processes and systems for reporting quality issues, following up with cleaning teams, and closing items out
• New account setups and operations walks follow step-by-step templates
• Quick support: questions get answered fast, so you're never stuck in the field without help

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial, or facilities is a bonus but not required
• Attention to detail
• Comfortable using technology like Google Sheets, Google Drive, and similar web apps to record notes and upload photos
• Clear, respectful communication with clients and cleaning teams. Client interaction is minimal but will happen from time to time
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to work flexible day and evening hours
• Spanish speaking a plus

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
