Our client is a leading Florida-based structural shell contractor specializing in concrete, block masonry, and framing for national and large regional homebuilders; known for its strong culture, advanced technology, and 30 year track record.
This role will oversee statewide field operations and lead a large, established team through continued growth. - Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee statewide field operations across multiple regions
- Directly manage Senior Area Managers and indirectly lead a team of 100 field managers
- Drive operational performance across key field metrics including cycle times, budget adherence, and production efficiency
- Develop, train, and mentor field leadership teams, including safety and training functions
- Partner with executive leadership to monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement
- Utilize company data and reporting systems to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with national and regional homebuilder clients and ensure service delivery excellence
- Travel regularly throughout the state, maintaining a strong “boots on the ground” presence across job sites
- Required Skills:Extensive leadership experience in large-scale residential construction operations
- Experience working with national homebuilders (critical requirement)
- Strong field operations background with knowledge of concrete, masonry, and/or framing
- Proven ability to lead high-volume production environments (thousands of units annually)
- Ability to read and interpret structural plans and construction workflows
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret operational KPIs and performance metrics
- Demonstrated leadership of large, multi-level field teams
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-management skills
- Willingness to travel frequently and maintain a strong field presence

Salary : $175,000 - $200,000
