Your Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Lakeside, you’ll be at the heart of patient care, ensuring the highest quality of service for our residents.
- Be a compassionate leader and advocate for residents
- Responsible for the planning, coordination, and assurance of quality care services to residents.
- Collaborate with a stellar team of healthcare professionals
- Work cooperatively with healthcare team members to maintain established standards of care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all care rendered
- Encourage restorative care to obtain maximum resident independence
- Any other job duties, as assigned by my management
