We are a family owned restaurant group looking for an experienced Kitchen Supervisor. We have multiple locations and concepts where you will have an opportunity to work with one of our Chefs.
We are looking for a closing supervisor, so you are responsible for set up, execution and break down of dinner service. It includes overseeing line cooks and dishwashers to maintain standards from food to kitchen cleanliness and organization. Our locations close early so there are no late nights, most times not past 10.
Pay depending on experience. You must be proficient with sauté, grill, expo stations, as well as all other areas of kitchen. 3 years line cooking experience required, 1 Kitchen Manager experience preferred
