- Operate and clean production equipment.
- Clean all nonmachinery parts by hand.
- Squeegee and sweep floors.
- Responsible for handling and controlling a 250 hose.
- Work with caustics and acids while hand scrubbing equipment.
- May perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Adhere to all Lakeside Foods policies and procedure.
- Notify Supervisor immediately if any unsafe or potentially hazardous conditions are discovered.
- High school diploma or GED, preferred.
- Six months to one year related experience and/or training.
- Familiar with USDA regulations and requirements.
- Must be knowledgeable in proper chemical usage and safety.
- Must be able to pass forklift operator's test.
