What You'll Do
- Lead daily operations for production, warehousing, inventory, and equipment performance.
- Supervise operations personnel, including supervisors and hourly employees.
- Maintain strong communication across teams, promoting engagement and alignment.
- Partner with sales, distribution, finance, QA, HR, and other departments.
- Monitor KPIs to ensure targets for safety, quality, and efficiency are achieved.
- Oversee maintenance and proper use of machinery, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure accurate production and shipping records.
- Provide recommendations for capital improvements.
- Support safety programs, audits, and corrective actions.
- Assist with budgeting, cost control, and labor planning.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in operations, business, engineering, or related field preferred.
- Supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of production workflows and equipment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort working with data, metrics, and operational reporting.
- Commitment to fostering safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
