Here at Lakeside Foods, our maintenance technician team is the backbone of our operations, ensuring equipment runs optimally while maintaining the facility. Maintenance mechanics/technicians are respected versatile team members, performing mechanical and/or fabrication updates and using their knowledge to continuously improve production processes. If you are a creative problem-solver who perseveres through challenging equipment repairs, or is willing to learn, we want to talk with you.
What You’ll Get:
$2,500 Sign-On Bonus
- Enjoy a 4-day work week during our off season, December to June
- Production Season, running approximately from June – November, this position will work the overnight 12-hour shifts, 4 days on 2 days off rotating schedule

What You’ll Do:
- Repair and maintain a wide variety of food processing machinery and conveyers
- Work with fabrication, installation of equipment, hydraulics and pneumatics
- Assist with maintaining product flow through the plant as needed
- Adhere to all Lakeside Foods policies, procedures, and training requirements
What You’ll Bring:
- Mechanical aptitude
- Prior experience with mechanical maintenance preferred
- Prior welding experience is a plus
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must have a great safety attitude
- Willingness to learn/enhance skills through on the job training
