Are you a strategic operations leader with a passion for safety, quality, and team development? Lakeside Foods is hiring a General Manager for our Belgium, Wisconsin facility - a high-impact role responsible for leading plant and field operations, driving performance, and fostering a culture of excellence and safety.

What You'll Do:

As General Manager, you'll be the cornerstone of our Belgium facility's success. You'll:

• Lead and develop management teams across production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain.
• Oversee all aspects of the supply chain including warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and logistics coordination.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, government regulations, and food safety standards.
• Champion a proactive safety culture focused on both plant safety and employee well-being, including oversight of safety training, audits, and incident prevention.
• Collaborate with corporate and regional leadership to align operations with strategic goals.
• Administer budgets and recommend capital improvements to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Support and enforce programs that maintain Lakeside's reputation as a high-quality, safe food producer.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in manufacturing or operations, with progressive leadership roles.
• 5 years managing cross-functional teams including production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of plant operations, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Experience managing warehouse, shipping, and logistics functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
