Job description:
Lakeside Facility Services is seeking to hire a part time Cleaner in the Hudson area.
Location 50 Executive Parkway
Working Days/Hours: Monday through Friday (off major holidays)
schedule: Monday-Fridays 3hrs
Ideal hours 7-10pm
Total hours per week: -15 hrs (bi-weekly pay)
*schedule is somewhat flexible though on times after 6:30 pm . Start time.
Monday-Friday 7pm-10pm (3hrs) total hrs per week 15hrs
***Please note that as this is a facility with multiple staff, we may require an additional 1 to 1.5 hrs to cover areas in which there is a call off or a request off . We will notify as soon as possible of such occurrences.
***Perfect attendance bonus (if qualifying) and paid holidays after 90days of employment.
Job Description (include but not limited to):
- high and low dusting
- restocking paper products, soap, sanitizer, liners etc.
- pulling trash/taking out trash
- sanitizing all surfaces/wiping to handles etc.
- vacuuming, dry mop, mopping
- overall sanitation and cleaning of the building
Mostly will be restroom cleaning, clean a small gym, cafe and vacuuming and pulling trash in cubicles as this is an office setting building.
Job Requirements
- must be willing to undergo a background check.
- must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- experience is preferred/encouraged
- must have good attendance
- Must be extremely detailed oriented cleaning.
