Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple facility service teams across the designated area.
- Hire and Train new hires
- Terminate employees
- Inspections
- Accurate supply quantities
- Stay in budget with employee hours per contracts
- Must put in a 40 hour work week
- Weekends may be needed on occasion
- Covering for call offs
- Rounding with clients
- Compliance training
- Salary of $ $55,000 Annually
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in facility management or a related field.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful execution.
- Excellent strategic planning abilities to drive process improvements.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Experience in business development and sales is a plus.
- Ability to analyze financial reports and manage budgets effectively.
