About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Inspect and troubleshoot plumbing issues including pipes, fixtures, and water systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans
- Ensure all work meets local codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Collaborate with construction and electrical teams on job sites
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding project scope, timelines, and solutions
- Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness
Requirements:
- Valid Virginia Plumbing License required
- Proven experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, systems, and best practices
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
