Duties
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.

- Maintain accurate patient records and files, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries and providing information about services.
- Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries.
- Assist with insurance verification and claims processing using systems such as eClinicalWorks or Dentrix.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Support dental staff by coordinating patient flow and preparing necessary documentation for treatments.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist in a dental office is required.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems, particularly Dentrix, is a must.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing medical records and files.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
