Seeking to Hire a Mental Health Therapist

We are looking to hire a culturally sensitive therapist who is available to do a hybrid of both in-person therapy at our Madison location, as well as online therapy from home. This is a W-2 employee position (not an independent contractor), which means that you are guaranteed a set hourly rate for each client that you see.
We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Experience seeing clients online.
- Experience and desire to work with children and adolescents.
- Ability to work independently using solid clinical, ethical and documentation skills.
Requirements include the following:
- LPC, LMFT, or LCSW IN WISCONSIN!
- Willingness to work 1-2 evenings per week.
- Willingness to comply with documentation protocols.
- Willingness to see 25 clients per week with at least 10-13 in person and the rest virtually.
