Technical Trainer
Pay: $23.49-$32.45/hour based upon experience
Shift: Days working other shifts as needed
Location: 1005 Commercial Drive, Owensville, MO

How you will make an impact:
This role is an important part of the manufacturing process, assisting our teams by creating training programs and materials, training the trainers, tracking progress and supporting manufacturing training needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- With the assistance of SMEs create the JIBs, PDs and Visual Job Instructions as needed to support our SOPs throughout our manufacturing processes
- Create and provide training tools for our hourly employees and trainers
- Work with teams to create processes to track, evaluate and document employee training
- Work with management and employees to identify strategic training needs and develop plans to meet those needs
What you bring to the position:
- Deep knowledge of current training methodology and practices
- Experience developing and implementing technical training programs
- The ability to work across all employee levels to meet strategic goals
- Enthusiasm for lifetime learning
- Print/Bind/Fulfillment experience is a plus
- Dual English/Spanish language abilities a plus
