Now, we’re looking for a Senior Continuous Improvement/Quality Manager to help us take it to the next level across our two Harrisonburg locations.
What You’ll Do:
- Champion a culture of improvement by making Lean thinking part of daily life
- Build and lead a strategy for continuous improvement across all levels of the plant
- Partner with leaders to drive real results through standardized Lean processes
- Lead critical projects to boost the speed, quality, and efficiency of our supply chain
- Coach teams through Kaizen events, PDCA cycles, and DMAIC problem-solving
- Manage a healthy project pipeline to deliver cost savings and long-term wins
- Use data to drive decisions and track key metrics for success
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Lean or Six Sigma Certification
- Led 50 Kaizen events and 15 Value Stream Analyses
- 5 years of heavy data analysis experience (Excel and MiniTab)
- 3 years of leadership experience in manufacturing
