This location is a Distribution Center. Overtime opportunities are available throughout the summer months. Throughout June- September will include mandatory and overtime hours based on needs of the business.

Opportunities for full time employee may be offered post season.

Pay: $17.50/hr - On Demand Pay available (access a portion of your earned pay before pay day)

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm, with overtime including Saturday

Location: Indy North - 5550 W. 74th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46268

Job Type: Seasonal – not eligible for benefits

Job Duration: This seasonal role is expected to last through the facility’s peak season. Employment may end earlier or extend slightly depending on department workload and business needs

Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately label, sort, palletize, and wrap product for shipment
• Safely load product to correct carrier for shipment
• Assemble products according to detailed specifications and drawings
• Communicate with supervisors regarding discrepancies, damage, or order issues
• This position requires continuous and repetitive lifting of boxes weighing 50lbs
• Adherence to all safety policies – steel toes required
  
  

What You Bring:

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience - required
• Ability to repetitively lift boxes weighting up to 50lbs
• Proven success working in fast-paced, physically demanding seasonal periods
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop throughout duration of 8 to 10-hour shift
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) to be able to collaborate with team members and follow direction from leadership
