  • Oversee quality standards, conduct process audits, and ensure compliance with SOPs and customer expectations
  • Own change management processes and partner with leadership to improve cost, schedule, and performance outcomes

What You Bring

  • 3 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Quality environments
  • Hands-on experience leading Kaizen events, process improvements, or Lean initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies (5S, OEE, root cause analysis, value stream mapping)
  • Experience delivering training or developing workforce capability (TWI experience strongly preferred)
  • Ability to influence across all levels—from frontline operators to plant leadership
  • Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Excel (Minitab or similar is a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Quality, or related field preferred

What we offer:

  • Clean and safe work environment
  • Work-life balance
  • Growth and promotion opportunities
  • Great culture and co-workers
