What You'll Do:
- Provide great customer service by reviewing purchase orders and understanding what each customer needs
- Enter and manage jobs in the system, create clear plans for production, and track orders to make sure they stay on schedule
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams by phone and email to answer questions and solve problems
- Order the right materials for each job and follow all company quality and safety guidelines
- Work well with others, help train new team members when needed, and occasionally travel to customer locations

Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
What You'll Bring:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or an administrative role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable using computers, including Microsoft Office or Google tools
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Able to work well with others, handle conflict professionally, and willing to learn
- Optional but helpful: Basic knowledge of printing, publishing, or industrial office work, and ability to read a ruler or tape measure
