Starting Range: Starting at $20.00 an hour for day shift with a 7.5% an hour shift differential for night shift.
Additional Incentives:
- $100 Safety Shoe Reimbursement
- $150 Safety Glasses Reimbursement
- Company will provide all tools necessary
- 2 Weeks’ Vacation (years of experience in trade considered)
- Cross-training provided
Work Hours: 12-hour shift
Location: 3094 Lester Dr. Kendallville, IN
As our Press Assistant, you will:
- Assist the Press Operator with the everyday operation of the press
- Ensure Press is producing product to exceed our customers’ expectations
- Work in a team environment and cross-train with others
- Receive training to help advance your career
- Move gathered books from end of press and place on skids
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to Lift and carry up to 50 pound
- Must be able to stand for the entire duration of your shift
Qualifications:
- Experience – Previous machine experience preferred
- Attention to detail, good communication skills, comfortable with computer applications.
- Ability to work in teams or alone and ability to motivate other team members
