Starting rate will be $17 an hour plus tip pool.
Duties
- Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as bussing tables and organizing supplies to support the culinary team
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, kitchen floors, counters, and storage areas through regular cleaning and sanitation
- Support catering events by ensuring all serving ware and utensils are clean and ready for use during banquets or special functions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service periods
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Assist with light food prep tasks as needed to support the overall food service operation
