Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Management Associate:
As an Entry Level Management Associate, you will represent AT&T products and services in a retail setting, helping customers find solutions that best fit their needs. You’ll be cross-trained in customer interactions, business management strategy, and team leadership, giving you a well-rounded foundation for advancement.
- Proactively engage with customers in a professional retail setting to promote our brand partners’ suite of products and services, ensuring every interaction is value-driven.
- Act as a subject matter expert to potential customers, sharing product features, diverse pricing plans, and the latest AT&T promotions.
- Help oversee the sales team and manage customer accounts.
- An effective Entry Level Management Associate contributes in the successful execution of plans, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
- As an Entry Level Management Associate, you will work on scaling your knowledge and leadership skills with the help of our company-provided development program.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications of of the Entry Level Management Associate role:
