Short-Term Receptionist

Location: Downtown Denver, CO
Pay: $25 per hour
Schedule: Future Contract roles/ Also need someone Sept 8 - Sept 11
Parking: Covered

We are seeking professional, friendly, and dependable Receptionists for short-term assignments at a downtown Denver location. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and keeping a professional front desk environment running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Manage front-desk check-ins and visitor access
• Respond to basic inquiries and provide general assistance
• Receive and distribute mail and packages
• Maintain an organized and professional reception area
• Perform light administrative and clerical tasks as needed
• Support the office team with other short-term administrative duties

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
• Professional and personable communication style
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable using email, phones, and basic office technology
• Professional appearance and demeanor
