RV Prep Technician
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented RV Prep Technician to join our team. This position plays an important role in preparing campers and RVs for customer delivery and ensuring each unit meets quality and safety standards.
Pay: $14–$15 per hour to start, with higher pay available based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare RVs and campers for customer delivery
- Inspect units for quality, functionality, and safety
- Perform basic facility maintenance and lot organization
- Walk customers through their RV and explain unit features and operation
- Identify issues and submit warranty claims to manufacturers when needed
- Ensure all units are clean, functional, and delivery-ready
- Assist with general shop and dealership tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude or RV experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills for customer walk-throughs
- Valid driver’s license preferred
