The Opportunity
We are looking for a high-energy, motivated, and friendly Customer Service Representative with dispatching experience to join our fast-paced office. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys working with people, and wants to be part of a supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct calls on a multi-line phone system
- Assist customers with service inquiries, billing questions, and scheduling needs
- Dispatch drivers and coordinate service routes to ensure timely completion of work
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues with professionalism and patience
- Perform data entry and maintain customer account information
- Support office operations as needed
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience (phone-based preferred)
- Prior dispatching experience in a service or transportation-related industry a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure (“tough skin required”)
- Reliability and punctuality are a must
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Schedule & Work Environment
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Casual and friendly office environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
