Salary:

• Starting Salary: $77,000–$135,000 (based on experience)

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily operations of Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy teams

• Lead staffing efforts and manage clinical services

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company standards

• Support patient care and program goals

• Provide hands-on therapy services within your licensed discipline as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Active state license as a PT, OT, PTA, COTA, or SLP-CCC

• Degree in a related field (Bachelor's, Master's, or Associate, depending on discipline)

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting

• Prior leadership or management experience in a therapy department preferred

• A passion for mentoring clinicians and driving positive patient outcomes

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Ability to collaborate effectively with patients, families, staff, and regulatory agencies
