Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and compassionate LLPP South Teacher Assistants to support our preschool and early childhood classrooms. In this vital role, you will work closely with lead teachers to create engaging, safe, and supportive learning experiences for young children. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help nurture each child's growth, ensuring they develop essential skills in a caring environment.
Duties
Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, including literacy education, math, and other core subjects.
Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and helping children develop social skills through effective behavior management techniques.
Provide individualized attention to children
Help facilitate activities that promote childhood development
Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment by following health and safety protocols at all times.
Assist with classroom organization, including lesson planning support and curriculum development tasks.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to share updates on children's progress and address any concerns.
Experience
Previous experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is highly preferred, including classroom experience in preschool or childcare environments.
Familiarity with early childhood education principles such as childhood development, behavior management, and classroom management strategies is essential.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team of educators and support staff.
Strong communication skills to engage positively with children, parents, and colleagues.
