Housekeeper/Room Attendant/laundry

Position: Housekeeping and Laundry Service Team Member
Location: Multiple Hotel Locations | Moses Lake, WA

Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Housekeeping and Laundry Service Team Member to join our team. This position supports multiple hotel locations and is responsible for helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our guests. English is not required, and training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and sanitizing
• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and laundry areas to company standards
• Make beds, replace linens, restock towels, and replenish guest supplies
• Assist with laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, sorting, and organizing linens
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, supply shortages, or equipment problems promptly
• Handle guest requests and concerns in a polite and professional manner
• Maintain proper use and care of cleaning tools, chemicals, and laundry equipment
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and health regulations

Job Details
We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of cleanliness in creating a great guest experience. This role is important to maintaining the reputation and daily operation of our hotels across multiple properties. No prior hotel experience is required for the right candidate, and we are willing to train.

Requirements

• Housekeeping, cleaning, or laundry experience is helpful, but not required
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• English is not required
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required

Employment Type
Full-time and Part-time available

Pay
Starting at $17.50 per hour

Expected Hours
20–40 hours per week

Shift Availability

• 8-hour shifts
• Day shift
• Night shift
