The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, maintaining guest relations during overnight hours, and supporting the front desk operations. Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including verifying charges, payments, and billing accuracy
- Prepare and review daily financial reports and summaries for management
- Assist guests with late check-ins, check-outs, and special requests with excellent customer service skills
- Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems, ensuring prompt and courteous communication
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently
- Support front desk operations during overnight shifts, including reservations, room assignments, and guest relations
- Ensure the security and safety of guests and staff during nighttime hours
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures related to guest services, confidentiality, and safety standards
- Assist the team in Maintining a clean Hotel
- Assist the team in stocking and filing Lenin
- Prepare early‑morning breakfast setup
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management, front desk operations, or night audit roles preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and phone etiquette
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently and professionally
- Experience working in resort or hotel environments is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to work independently during overnight shifts with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate financial reporting and guest account management
Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
