Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Construction Project Manager to oversee High End Custom Home projects from start to finished. This role involves coordinating various teams, managing timelines, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent communication and service. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction management, a proven track record of customer service experience, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering quality results on time and within budget.
Duties
- Lead and manage all day to day aspects of a custom residential construction site.
- Create, manage and oversee the completion of quality control punchlists.
- Willing to roll up their sleeves and ensure the job gets done no matter what it takes.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain open lines of communication with clients to address their needs, provide updates, and ensure high levels of customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor safety protocols on-site to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Conduct site inspections regularly to assess progress and resolve any issues promptly.
- Foster positive relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and addressing concerns proactively.
Experience
- College Education Preferred.
- Prior experience in construction project management or a related field.
- Ability to read construction plans and identify issues or challenges before they happen.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in computers, and Microsoft Operating Systems, especially Excel.
- Ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and adapt to changing project demands.
