- Muskegon: 1st & 3rd shifts
- Twin Lake: 1st & 3rd shifts
- Sparta: 1st shifts and evening shifts. 1st shifts will require nurse to attend school with the child in the fall.
- Comstock Park: 1st & 3rd shifts
- Kalamazoo: 3rd shifts
- Grand Rapids: 1st & 3rd
- Holland: 3rd shifts
- Hamilton: 3rd shifts
- Allendale: 1st & 3rd shifts
- Battle Creek: 1st shifts
- Muskegon: 1st & 3rd shifts or 1st shift medication set ups
- Bronson: 1st or 3rd shifts
- Hudsonville: 1st & 3rd shifts
What You’ll Do
- Provide direct, individualized nursing care in the home
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes
- Operate medical equipment (ventilators, feeding pumps, suction, etc.)
- Educate patients and families on care and health maintenance
- Maintain safety, confidentiality, and infection‑control standards
- Collaborate with the care team to support patient goals
- Document observations and interventions accurately
What You Need
- Active Michigan RN or LPN license
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Experience with medically fragile children is a plus (but not required — we train!)
