- Assist with floor prep, grinding, and polishing
- Mix and apply resinous flooring systems
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines
- Previous experience in flooring, construction, or a related trade preferred but not mandatory (will train the right candidate)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail, teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations and are able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
